Privacy Policy
This policy explains how information is handled when you cast a reading, request an AI interpretation, or contact us.
Questions
When you request a Quick Reading, your question is used to interpret the fixed cast in the context of your situation. Your question does not participate in coin tossing, random generation, or hexagram selection.
Casting data
The six line values and the derived hexagram structure are processed to display and verify your reading. The server independently reconstructs the cast from those six values before requesting an interpretation.
AI processing
When you choose Reveal my reading, your question and the necessary fixed casting information are sent to DeepSeek, our third-party AI provider, to generate the Quick Reading. DeepSeek's processing is subject to its own terms and privacy practices.
Storage and reading history
The service does not provide accounts or a general reading history. To complete a reading and verify a one-time Deep Reading purchase, the server temporarily stores the question, cast, reading metadata, and generated reading for approximately 30 days, after which the record expires. Paddle handles payment processing under its own terms and privacy practices.
Technical information
Our hosting infrastructure may process standard request information, such as network address, browser details, timestamps, and error logs, to operate and secure the service. An anonymous, HTTP-only device identifier is used to protect a saved reading and its payment entitlement; it is not sent to Paddle.
Contact messages
If you contact us, we process the name you provide, your email address, message, and limited network information needed for abuse prevention. Our email delivery provider processes the message so it can reach support.
Data security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to limit unnecessary access and disclosure. No internet service can promise absolute security.
Your choices
Do not submit information you are not comfortable sending to an AI provider. You can start a new reading to clear the current reading state from the interface.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service changes. The current version will be published on this page.
