Refund Policy

Deep Reading is a one-time digital purchase currently priced at $1.99 when offered. It is not a subscription and does not create recurring billing.

A payment grants access to the Deep Reading associated with the reading identified during checkout. Duplicate or erroneous charges should be reported so they can be reviewed.

Refund requests may be reviewed where required by applicable law or where the paid digital service could not be delivered because of a verified technical failure. Approval depends on the circumstances and available payment records.

When a refund is approved, the related paid entitlement may be revoked where technically applicable. Paddle handles payment processing and may apply its own payment terms.
